CRM Senior
Developer |
|
JOB PURPOSE:
You will play a
key role in establishing and leading their CRM/Policy
Servicing efforts within their respective subsystem
modules. The successful candidate will demonstrate
exceptional intelligence, outstanding communications
skills and a high level of attention to detail. This
role will require a very "hands on" approach to leading
and contributing to the CRM effort. |

Competence is needed for
understanding complex data relationships along with
extensive SQL programming development and
troubleshooting experience.
Team responsibilities include: |
|
|
Work with business analysts to understand requirements
documentation. |
|
|
Create Technical Design documentation based on the
business requirements. |
|
|
Work
with DBA to create necessary data structures and
stored procedures. |
|
|
Review
completed developer code and application for meeting
the business requirements and coding standards. |
|
|
Perform
code reviews to verify that developers are adhering
to development guidelines. |
|
|
Communicate with business analysts when application
is ready for test. |
|
|
Assign
rework based on business analyst and QA testing
results. |
|
|
Communicate with DBA and deployment team for the
artifacts that are needed for QA testing, and
deployment into production. |
|
|
Develop
and submit scripts for converting data, when
requirements require data changes. |
|
|
Essential
Job Qualifications: |
|
|
|
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited
institution. |
|
|
3 years
experience with MS/SQL in a SQL Programmer role. |
|
|
4 years business layer development. |
|
|
2 years application development with accounting
system. |
|
|
1 year of college accredited Accounting classes. |
|
|
5+ years in object-oriented design for Internet or
client/server applications. |
|
|
5+ years experience with asp and/or .NET technologies
in a web-centric environment including JavaScript,
VBScript, browser based XML processing. |
|
|
Track record developing a world-class enterprise
software product to a successful release or
developing database and applications for
high-volume, transaction-oriented Web application. |
|
|
Experience with accounting application development. |
|
|
Dependable to keep commitments and meet deadlines. The
ability to work independently and together as a team
is essential. |
|
|
Demonstrated understanding and competence with
Microsoft Windows-based computers and Microsoft
Office as well as familiarity with the Internet and
related applications, including email and Web
browsers. |
|
|

Experience in the insurance industry and accounting |
|
|
