Nexsure User Group Embraces the Power of Partnering at
its Inaugural Meeting
Brea, CA, February 17, 2005 - XDimensional Technologies
Inc., the provider of Nexsure®, the Internet insurance
agency management solution, announced today the launch of
the Nexsure Users Group, an independent organization,
which held its inaugural meeting at XDimensional
Technologies headquarters on January 28th, 2005.
Elected officials include Karen Bitzer, President, from
Roach, Howard, Smith and Hunter; Gary Shepard, Vice
President from Shepard Insurance Agency; Beth Harris,
Secretary from Seitlin Insurance; and Miguel Gamino,
Treasurer from JDW Insurance. All officers are long time users of
Agency Management Systems and well versed in the
application of technology within insurance agencies.
In his keynote address titled “Agency Automation, Past,
Present, and Future”, Frank Sentner, Director of Strategic
Technology for The Council of Insurance Agents and
Brokers, noted that only Nexsure is delivering today on
the future requirements of agency automation, and holds a
commanding technology lead. Those are the primary reasons
The Council endorsed Nexsure as their preferred Agency
Management System, and why XDimensional Technologies is
destined to become the market leader in the Internet era
of agency automation. The Council represents the top 1% of
all commercial and employee benefits agents and brokers,
which place approximately 80% of all insurance products
and services in the United States.
Sentner outlined thirty years of agency management systems
beginning with green screens and time-shared data center
models, through the desktop revolution providing richer
and more flexible user interfaces yet generally isolated
islands of automation, to the future where rich user
interfaces can be presented over the web and connectivity
and data sharing between business partners can be made
secure, instantaneous and seamless.
Over the two day meeting, users participated in a variety
of sessions, the favorites of which included Nexsure tips
& tactics and feature drill downs demonstrating how to
utilize the enormous power within Nexsure. Another
favorite was the new feature prioritization session lead
by XDimensional’s product management team.
Karen Bitzer, Nexsure User Group President elect stated,

The User Group meeting also included a special event
hosted by Michael Walther, CEO of XDimensional
Technologies that allowed all XDimensional employees and
User Group members to meet, talk shop, and have fun
building a strong community committed to the goal of
building and delivering the best agency automation
solution possible. Everyone in attendance enjoyed the
socialization, and is looking forward to the next Nexsure
User Group meeting, planned for late August in Hartford
Connecticut.
