Michael Walther to Lead Global Launch as New CEO of
XDimensional Technologies
Brea, CA, September 13, 2004 - XDimensional Technologies,
Inc. announced today that Michael Walther has joined the
company as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board. “Nexsure, the world’s first Web-architected
insurance agency management solution is gaining rapid
market acceptance and adding to its broad user base. In
the past two months XDimensional has launched its new 1.2
release followed by the endorsement of Nexsure by The
Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (The Council).
Timing is perfect to add a veteran CEO that has
successfully launched global customer focused Internet
solutions,” said Bob Juracka, President.
Mr. Walther brings over 20 years of corporate officer
experience in the private and public technology sectors.
Prior to XDimensional, Mr. Walther held the CEO position
at Centor Software, a pioneer XML application provider to
Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Ford, and
NASA. In 1999, Mr. Walther joined Stamps.com (NASDAQ: STMP),
and as senior vice president of operations led the launch
of the world's first Internet postage offering, serving
over 300,000 customers. Other president and C-level
appointments include Artios, Debisys, Mineshare, and
Thinque Systems. His teams have consistently earned
recognition and received awards from Forbes, Yahoo, PC
Magazine, PC Computing, and Entrepreneur's Magazine.
