XDimensional Technologies
hosts Nexsure in our state-of-the-art Data Center located
in Southern California. This provides the environment
needed to keep our systems running 24-hours a day, 7 days
a week. This facility was designed and built with our
customers' needs and requirements in mind. From the
redundant power systems, to our multiple backbone Internet
connection, to our dual Internet security systems, no
expense was spared in providing our customers with a
secure, reliable, highly responsive, applications network.
While outsourcing this critical function had been
considered, the importance of being able to respond to our
customer’s needs and requirements was a vital factor.
Having control over our own data center means we’re able
to prioritize our customers first, whether that’s in
response to new or unique integration requirements, or for
the ability to react quickly in the event of an emergency.
While XDimensional Technologies enterprise class Data
Center in California is redundant in every manner, it is
also backed by a mirrored (co-located) site in Phoenix,
AZ., whereby all transactions and data are replicated
virtually instantaneously. In the case the unthinkable
happens, you can rest assured that your data is protected
and available for use.
Our physical security offers a round the clock
surveillance system with the Data Center being designated
a “High Security Zone” with limited, monitored access.
This insures that only our highly trained and highly
skilled technicians will come in contact with the network
and be on hand to provide immediate response to any
problem, with minimum down time. The servers are mounted
in seismically braced racks with a FM-200 fire suppression
system combined with a pre-action dry pipe sprinkler
system overhead in case of emergencies. Tape backups are
made daily and stored in an off-site facility that
specializes in media security. The security of your data
is one of our primary concerns.
Redundant firewalls with high end monitoring products were
installed to protect the network from disruptions and
intrusions. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed
by trained Network Engineers who continually scan the flow
of traffic on the network.
Our scalable (up to 45Mbps) data pipeline, and the
multi-backbone ISP we employ, will guarantee fast and
reliable access to the network. If there is a problem with
a major backbone, our ISP will divert our network traffic
to a pre-determined secondary route with no significant
increase in our response time.
While the technical merits of our Data Center are
impressive, for insurance agents that rely on their data
day in and day out, it’s nice to know that with
XDimensional Technologies, they can continue to conduct
business virtually uninterrupted, with just an internet
connection. Agents with locally installed software, or
without the benefit of extensive disaster plans, systems,
and operational procedures in place, may find themselves
in a bind during a disaster period, or even during routine
